BookShelfShelfServer Base URL
The base URL of the ShelfServer could be the home page of a website, but it should at a minimum contain a shelfserver:... link to allow users who visit the site in MobileSafari to easily access the site's content in BookShelf.
Request
The request to this page is a standard HTTP GET request from a browser. No parameters should be expected.
Response
The response is a standard XHTML message containing human readable content to be rendered by a web browser.
